TVC Pro-Driver Names George Bevensee as Vice President of Customer Experience

OKLAHOMA CITY (June 1, 2020) — TVC Pro-Driver, an industry leader offering top-tier legal protection services and commercial benefits to professional drivers, named George Bevensee Vice President of Customer Experience. Bevensee will lead strategic planning, operations and customer relations within all call center operations at TVC. Bevensee will foster and further develop TVC Pro-Driver’s commitment to performance and service.  

Bevensee has more than 30 years of customer service leadership experience. He is particularly skilled at strategic planning, change management and financial oversight, as well as introducing systems to increase efficiency, profitability and client satisfaction. He most recently served as Vice President of Operation Services at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where he built and operated world-class national contact and support centers.

Bevensee, a New Jersey native, holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in strategic communication and leadership from Seton Hall University and is a certified protection professional with ASIS International.
