WHY SHOULD I JOIN TVC?

TVC Pro-Driver protects your CDL and saves you money while you’re on the road. We offer unmatched benefits including access to legal representation, fuel savings, emergency roadside assistance, travel discounts, bond payments, loss protection and more. Platinum members are saving more than $1,000 per month by using our services!

IS TVC PRO-DRIVER INSURANCE?

TVC Pro-Driver is a motor club membership. Members enjoy:

  • Access to a nationwide network of provider attorneys
  • Assistance in case of emergency or accident
  • Discounts on healthcare, travel and more

This is not an insurance contract nor an automobile liability or physical damage policy. Joining TVC Pro-Driver does not meet any legal or financial responsibility, but it does provide great value to professional drivers and their families.

WHAT VIOLATIONS ARE COVERED AS PART OF THE MEMBERSHIP?

Our members receive support for all moving and non-moving violations. For common issues such as following too close, speeding, logbook errors, overweight citations, equipment violations, and many others, our provider attorneys will represent you in the court of original jurisdiction. They help with your case, and TVC Pro-Driver pays the full cost of their service. Exceptions include handling fees associated under the Silver plan.

Our provider attorneys will also represent you for serious charges like manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, and negligent homicide.

Members receive a 25% discount for all other legal matters such as:

CAN TVC-PRO HELP WITH TICKETS RECEIVED BEFORE I JOINED?

Yes, under Platinum and Gold member benefits*. Members receive traffic violation representation by provider attorneys for a $295 handling fee per citation issued prior to or on their enrollment date. The fee increases to $395 if the ticket is received at the home office within five or fewer business days before the court date.

*Not available in all states.

I’M MARRIED. WILL MY SPOUSE BE ABLE TO USE THE MEMBERSHIP AS WELL?

Your spouse will receive many of the same benefits as you, including personal vehicle roadside assistance. However, if your spouse is a commercial driver, he or she will need a separate membership to receive CDL representation and protection.

I’m in Canada, can I sign up?

We offer all TVC Pro-Driver plans in Canada! Sign up online or contact Customer Support at 866-476-9489 to discuss coverage.

WHY SHOULD I USE PRO-DRIVER PROVIDER ATTORNEYS?

Our network of provider attorneys has worked more than 1 million violations for TVC Pro-Driver members. Our attorneys are experienced with CDL cases and many have been part of our network for more than 30 years. Attorneys handle all cases in the court of original jurisdiction.

DO I HAVE TO SHOW UP IN COURT FOR MY HEARING?

In most cases, the member does not need to come to court, which is especially important for drivers who spend a lot of time on the road. As you know, more time on the road means more money in your pocket!

MY SPOUSE GOT A TICKET. CAN I GET A LAWYER TO REPRESENT THEM IN COURT?

If your spouse is not a CDL holder and received a moving violation in their personal vehicle, representation in the court of original jurisdiction is a benefit of your membership.

If your spouse is a CLD holder, he or she must purchase a separate TVC Pro-Driver membership to receive access to legal representation.

FUEL AND SHOP DISCOUNT PROGRAM

WHAT IS THE FUEL AND SHOP DISCOUNT PROGRAM?

We partner with a nationwide network of fueling locations, including several major truck stops, to offer fuel discounts to our members. The fuel card is an exclusive membership benefit and saves an average of $7,800 annually.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

The fuel card is an exclusive membership benefit. Owner-operators with current TVC Pro-Driver memberships automatically qualify for our Fuel and Shop Discount Program. If you are not a member, click here to sign up.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY FUEL CARD?

The fastest way to activate and load your fuel card is through the TVC Pro-Driver app or by visiting Members.ProDriver.com. Follow the steps below to get started.

  • Log in to your account one of two ways:
  • Online at Members.ProDriver.com
  • Using the TVC Pro-Driver app on your phone – Just tap “Plans/Fuel Card,” then tap “Activate Your Fuel Card”
  • Choose a PIN. After you’ve logged in on the website or app, click “Fuel Card” at the top of the page and choose a 4-digit PIN when prompted.
  • Confirm and Activate. Confirm you would like to activate your card by checking the box. Click “Activate Card,” and then start adding funds.

It’s that simple! At the fuel pump, when you’re prompted for your Driver ID, enter the last four digits of your social security number. Your Fuel Card can also be used like a debit card anywhere MasterCard is accepted.

HOW CAN I ADD FUNDS TO MY FUEL CARD?

Funds can be added at ProDriver.com or through the TVC Pro-Driver app (available on the App Store and Google Play Store).

  • To add funds through the website, click the “add fuel funds” button at the bottom of the website.
  • To add funds through the app, select the “plans/fuel card” button, and follow the prompts.

CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE FUEL CARD WITHOUT PURCHASING A TVC PRO-DRIVER PLAN?

The Fuel and Shop Discount Program is a benefit for TVC Pro-Driver members and cannot be purchased separately.

WHERE CAN I USE MY FUEL CARD?

Members are eligible for discounts at over 15,000 participating locations across the U.S. and Canada, including at several major truck stops and select TravelCenters of America (TA-Petro).

HOW DO I UPGRADE MY COVERAGE?

Call 800-288-2889. While all Pro-Driver plans offer legal coverage and valuable benefits, our Platinum plan offers nationwide roadside assistance, freight factoring, insurance alternatives, and discounted tires. It’s the best investment for complete protection.
