WHY SHOULD I JOIN TVC?
TVC Pro-Driver protects your CDL and saves you money while you’re on the road. We offer unmatched benefits including access to legal representation, fuel savings, emergency roadside assistance, travel discounts, bond payments, loss protection and more. IS TVC PRO-DRIVER INSURANCE?
TVC Pro-Driver is a motor club membership. Members enjoy:
- Access to a nationwide network of provider attorneys
- Assistance in case of emergency or accident
- Discounts on healthcare, travel and more
This is not an insurance contract nor an automobile liability or physical damage policy. Joining TVC Pro-Driver does not meet any legal or financial responsibility, but it does provide great value to professional drivers and their families.
WHAT CITATIONS ARE COVERED AS PART OF THE MEMBERSHIP?
Our members receive support for all moving and non-moving citations. For common issues such as following too close, speeding, logbook errors, overweight citations, equipment citations, and many others, our provider attorneys will represent you in the court of original jurisdiction. They help with your case, and TVC Pro-Driver pays the full cost of their service. Exceptions include handling fees associated.
Our provider attorneys will also represent you for serious charges like manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, and negligent homicide.
Members receive a 25% discount for all other legal matters such as:

- Child support
CAN TVC PRO-DRIVER HELP WITH TICKETS RECEIVED BEFORE I JOINED?
Yes, under all of our plans*. Pro and Pro Plus members receive traffic citation representation by provider attorneys for a $299 handling fee per citation issued prior to or on their enrollment date; VIP Pro members pay only $199 per citation issued prior to or on their enrollment date. The fee for Pro and Pro Plus members increases to $399 (or $299 for VIP Pro members) if the ticket is received at the home office within five or fewer business days before the court date.

I’M MARRIED. WILL MY SPOUSE BE ABLE TO USE THE MEMBERSHIP AS WELL?
Your spouse will receive many of the same benefits as you, including personal vehicle roadside assistance. However, if your spouse is a commercial driver, he or she will need a separate membership to receive CDL representation and protection.
I’m in Canada, can I sign up?

WHY SHOULD I USE PRO-DRIVER PROVIDER ATTORNEYS?
Our network of provider attorneys has worked more than 1 million citations for TVC Pro-Driver members. Our attorneys are experienced with CDL cases and many have been part of our network for 35 years. Attorneys handle all cases in the court of original jurisdiction.
DO I HAVE TO SHOW UP IN COURT FOR MY HEARING?
In most cases, the member does not need to come to court, which is especially important for drivers who spend a lot of time on the road. As you know, more time on the road means more money in your pocket!

MY SPOUSE GOT A TICKET. CAN I GET A LAWYER TO REPRESENT THEM IN COURT?
If your spouse is not a CDL holder and received a moving violation in their personal vehicle, representation in the court of original jurisdiction is a benefit of your membership.
If your spouse is a CLD holder, he or she must purchase a separate TVC Pro-Driver membership to receive access to legal representation.
SHOULD I PAY THE TICKET BEFORE TRYING TO FIGHT IT?
By paying the ticket you are pleading guilty to the charges. Protect your CDL and your career. Have a ticket? Submit it to documents@prodriver.com. We’ll handle it and save you thousands in attorney costs.
CAN YOU HELP WITH TICKETS ALREADY ON MY RECORD?
Yes, we handle violations received before enrollment for a handling fee. The fee amount is determined by the specific plan you choose and how many days prior to the court date we receive your citation in our home office. 25% discount off provider attorney fees for other legal matters like MVR cleanups, wills, incorporations, spouse traffic violations and more.
FUEL AND SHOP DISCOUNT PROGRAM
WHAT IS THE FUEL AND SHOP DISCOUNT PROGRAM?
We partner with a nationwide network of fueling locations, including several major truck stops, to offer fuel discounts to our members. The fuel card is an exclusive membership benefit and saves pro drivers an average of $10,000 annually.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
The fuel card is an exclusive membership benefit. Owner-operators with the Pro Plus and VIP Pro TVC Pro-Driver memberships automatically qualify for our Fuel and Shop Discount Program. If you are not a member, click here to sign up.
HOW CAN I ADD FUNDS TO MY FUEL CARD?
Funds can be added in the TVC Member Portal.
- To add funds through the portal, navigate to the “fuel” section on the left side of the screen.
- To add funds through the app, select the “plans/fuel card” button, and follow the prompts.
CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE FUEL CARD WITHOUT PURCHASING A TVC PRO-DRIVER PLAN?
The Fuel and Shop Discount Program is a benefit for TVC Pro-Driver members and cannot be purchased separately.
WHERE CAN I USE MY FUEL CARD?
Members can use their TVC fuel card at over 15,000 participating locations across the U.S., including at several major truck stops and select TravelCenters of America (TA-Petro).

HOW DO I UPGRADE MY COVERAGE?
Call 866-788-0604 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT, or email services@prodriver.com to have a specialist reach out to you. While all Pro-Driver plans offer legal coverage and valuable benefits, our VIP Pro plan offers nationwide roadside assistance, SiriusXM All Access subscription, and discounted tires. It’s the best investment for complete protection.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY BENEFITS?
Log in to your TVC Pro-Driver account to access your membership benefits or call 800-288-2889. You can find your account credentials along with a list of your benefits in your welcome email.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A TICKET TO TVC PRO-DRIVER?
Have a ticket? There are several ways to submit:
- Email both sides of your ticket to: documents@prodriver.com.
- Text both sides of your ticket to: 1-405-455-8276.
- Submit it through our convenient TVC Member Portal by visiting portal.prodriver.com.
How to submit a ticket through the TVC Member Portal:
- Visit portal.prodriver.com and login with your email and password
- Once logged in, navigate to the legal tab on the left side of the page.
- Click the blue checkmark to add a legal case.
- You will be prompted to fill out a form and attach related documents.
- Click submit.
